When the Indian government and the Supreme Court imposed a ban on the release of India’s Daughter, a documentary made by the British Broadcasting Corporation. After the ban, BBC made a number of efforts to attest that the rape culture in India has flourished to its highest peak. However, even after the ban, the documentary was available on the official YouTube channel of the English news agency. In many other similar clips also, the corporation tried to prove that India is the biggest rape capital in the world. Since BBC was propagating, the majority started believing this, and the western media started suggesting Dos and Don’ts to their people to have in mind while visiting India.
