The Problems Of India – What We Have And What We May Have!
India In The Present Day
India,
the largest democracy and the second most crowded demographic
boundary on the planet, is quite unique owing to some of its exceptional characteristics. People of India are very pleasant in nature, educated (as always), and hardworking. Before the Muslims and English ruled India, it was an ocean of wealth, education and knowledge.
Indians discovered the gravity and solar system even before the westerns did; the Indian calendar is based on the planetary motion. It is based on the calculation of the speed and position of planets and stars, in and around our solar system. And Indians have been following this calender system, for thousands of years, when no place on the world map was civilized. Indians already knew the speed of light (mentioned in a shloka of Rigveda, the oldest text of human history) and the distance between earth and sun (stated in Hanuman Chalisa).

What We Are And Have
Still
after such enormity, India observed a great downfall, and about 90% all
of its literature sources and historical documents, along with the
Nalanda and Takshshila Universities, were set afire by Muslim looters in
the medieval age. Lets come back to the modern world and know what
India is today –
- A secular country
- Oldest language ‘Sanskrit’ belongs to India
- One of the oldest civilized place in the world history
- The origin of Yoga and Ayurveda
- World’s largest democracy
- A business prospect that attracts alien businesspersons and countries to invest
- A heaven of software services, professionals and engineers
- Largest English speaking nation in the South Asia
- The most efficient manpower or workforce
- Highly knowledgeable professionals

Problems of India
The
reason, why India is still a developing country, is some of its
significant problems. Interestingly, some of the problems of India are
some of its greatest strengths.
Mindset
The
typical Indian mind thinks, that things that are simple and easily
accessible, are poor in quality. People, however, do follow the policy
of cheap ‘n’ best, but they will go for it only if they are
getting it through hard efforts. For example, they are very much
interested in buying gold jewelry, but they will buy it only after
rounds of negotiations over the final price.
For another instance, one of my colleagues thinks that my writing style is very ‘simple’ and childish. He used to ask me to rewrite some of my write-ups, claiming irrelevancy in the context. So, I ‘simply’ decided to fill my articles with heavyweight literary words, which were not in his lame dictionary, and he and my boss were like ‘WOW’. But, I prefer to write straightforwardly so that I can make it to the common reader. But, people think that my articles are worthless, just like me!

The Clash of Minds
India
is a place that is full of brilliant, mindful people. But the problem
is they use their mind in their personal improvements. They think of
their own interests, when using their mind. Most of them aren’t
interested in the welfare of the nation. Even in the political
background, our luminous leaders are working for their
families, not for the families of the country. At workplace, Indians
bitch behind the back of their colleagues just to increase their points
before their employer or seniors, instead of working for the betterment
of the company - these evil genes are making India a worse place to live
and work.
Population et Corruption
India
is the second most populous place in the world. On one hand, it is a
plus point that we have one of the largest manpower in the entire world,
but also it brings disappointments like malnutrition, poorer lifestyle,
lesser natural resources, heavy pollution, cut-throat competition, high
market demand and low supply, and on a major node corruption. People
have desires, and to meet their desires, they are ready even to sell
their soul and morality.
The Youth Factory
India
is also pronounced as a youth nation, because a majority of its
population is under 30. They are full of energy, they are knowledgeable,
they are beautiful, and they are determined to change the world. But,
think of the future. Time keeps running, it never stops. After about
thirty-forty years, this youth nation will become a nation of senior
citizens. This is the most horrible fact, which India is going to
experience, very soon.
We,
the Indians need to work to secure a well again future. We need to use
our minds for making India a better and safer place to live, to work. We
need to step forward to tackle the devil of corruption by using our
mind and youth energy.
