Well-liked Breakfast Menus from North India
"Unity in diversity"
is the spirit of India, which is the sole reason behind the unanimity
of its people. We, the people come from different backgrounds, we speak
different languages, we follow different faiths, and we eat different
cuisines. With tens of delectable, mouth-watering sub-cuisines, India is
termed as a tasteful sub-continent, which has such a lovely cuisine
that is loved by thousands from across the globe. In this piece of
write-up, I will be throwing some light on the top five North Indian breakfast dishes, which are not only yum but also are pretty healthy -
Bread Pakora -
"Bread Pakore ki kasam …..." - a famous dialogue from the movie Band Baja Baraat
discloses, at what extent people love this oily, deep-fried, triangular
teatime snack. Bread Pakora has bread slices and stuffing of spicy
potato mash. It also makes a heavy, healthy, 8 AM breakfast thing that
keeps you cheery throughout the day.
Jalebi is one of the juiciest confectioneries that fill your mouth with sugar syrup, after having a bite. It is prepared from flour and filled with brilliantly prepared sweet-scented sugar syrup. It is largely accepted as a sweet for celebration. It is gleefully distributed at the occasions of national and religious interests. Best, when served warm with cold yogurt, it makes a pleasant breakfast, which cooks your day pleasant.
Dahi - Jalebi -

Aalu Ka Paratha -
Another healthy treat from the North Indian kitchen!
Aalu ka Paratha is a popular dish, which has become synonymous to the
word 'breakfast'. Most of the Indian breakfast points are meant to serve
Parathas, specially those with potato mash stuffing. It is generally
served with aam ka achar (mango pickle), however, people with different liking and tastes, also love to have it with chai (tea) or dahi or boondi raita.
Puri Sabzi -
Though
puri sabzi combo is a popular serve at events, festivities and
occasions in Indian families, but in recent few years, it has emerged as
an all the rage breakfast. It is so much in-demand that you will easily
find a Puri-Sabzi stall or hawker at your next T-point cross road.
Bun-Makhkhan and Chai -
Last
but not the least, Bun-Makkhan is also a very popular Indian breakfast,
which is well-liked in the northern and central regions of India. It is
a soft, slightly sweet bread and butter variant, which melts into your mouth. Adrakh ki Chai (Ginger-flavored Tea) adds more flavor to it.
